I started my business in February 2012 in Porvoo, and then moved to Nauvo in 2013, and started working here 2016.

What is dry cupping?
Cupping therapy is in an old Chinese healing method using either glas, plastic or silicone cups to ease muscle pain, to increas blood flow and circulation and increasing the lymphatic flow. Unlike wet cupping, which involves drawing blood by making small incisions on the skin, dry cupping strictly uses suction (vacuum) to achieve its therapeutic effects.
The cups are placed on the skin, creating a vacuum effect, that then pulls the skin and underlying tissues into the cup. The cups can be left on the same spot for 1-3 min, or even more if you are used to the treatment. This is called stationary cupping.
After that the cups are used to, with the same vacuum effect, moving around the cups by gliding them over the skin.
The benefits of dry cupping is many, and many clients has endured a better result with combining the classic massage with 10-15 min dry cupping!
